Here's what you need to know ...

Orders containing a CHRISTMAS PRODUCT for Home Delivery will be made as ONE DELIVERY during the week prior to Christmas (Tuesday December 16th, Wednesday December 17th and Thursday December 18th).

If you are also ordering some of our Restaurant Quality Meat for DELIVERY IN THE CURRENT WEEK WE ARE IN, in addition to your CHRISTMAS ORDER, YOU MUST PLACE 2 SEPARATE ORDERS.  We cannot split one order into 2 separate deliveries.

All orders $150 or more are delivered free to your door within our delivery area.

If you are after something in particular for Christmas and it is not on our website, please ask us .... more than likely we have it!

Orders for our Premium Double Smoked Ham and Oven Roasted Boneless Half Turkey Breast close strictly at 9pm Thursday December 4th. 

Stock for Hams and Oven Roasted Turkey Breast are limited.  We can only take orders up to December 4th for these 2 items and they will be delivered with our Christmas Deliveries (see below).  We cannot take change of mind cancellations for Ham or Turkey after the December 4th order close date.  

Orders for Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken close at 4pm Sunday December 14th. 

While our Restaurant Quality Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken is always in stock and therefore we can close orders closer to Christmas, we do strongly recommend you place your order early.

You can add to your Ham/Turkey pre-order or any other existing order at any time by giving us a call or sending us an email.

PAYMENTS: 

When you place your Christmas pre-order, a weight range of your selected product will be shown and the minimum weight/price will be added to the checkout.  With the exception of Ham and Turkey, our normal payment methods apply.  Feel free to pay at the time of your order or closer to your delivery date for anything other than Ham & Turkey.  There is no rush at all for other product payments. 

Pick Up orders from the Carrara Markets the weekend before Christmas (Saturday December 20th and Sunday December 21st) must be paid for in full by Thursday December 18th in order for us to expedite the collection process on these extremely busy days. 

As we are ordering in pre-orders only for our Ham and Turkey products, payments for the minimum weights must be made at the time of your order.  There is no COD for Ham and Turkey and no refunds after orders close.

Once our butchers freshly portion and weigh your Christmas meats, we will email you a balance owing prior to delivery, based on your exact product weight.  This will always be between the advertised average range on your order.  If you were charged a delivery fee and your new total is over $150, the delivery fee will be deducted from the balance owing.

DELIVERY FEES:   

If you order is currently under our FREE delivery threshold of $150+, the applicable delivery fees (see FAQ's on our home page) will apply and will be added at checkout.  When your order is finalised prior to delivery with exact weights or additional products etc, we will adjust delivery fees in accordance to your new balance.

DELIVERY & PICK UPS:   

All Christmas orders will be delivered to you on either Tuesday December 16th, Wednesday December 17th or Thursday December 18th.  We will be in touch with your delivery details once your order is ready to dispatch.

We will be at the Carrara Markets at our usual times the weekend before Christmas (December 20th & 21st) if you would prefer to collect your Christmas order from 7.30am until 2.30pm.  Our shop closes at 2.30pm SHARP on Sunday 21st December and unfortunately we cannot be responsible nor will refunds be given for orders not collected by this time.

We will have limited stock available over the counter on the Christmas Weekend but we STRONGLY recommend you Pre-Order on-line so we have your order ready to Pick Up.
