Steak Lovers Rewards Program T's & C's

Terms and Conditions:

1. “Beef Buck$” and the Steak Lovers Rewards Loyalty Program is the customer loyalty program of Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries.
2. The Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Rewards Card (Steak Lovers / Beef Buck$ Program) remains the property of Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries.
3. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries is not liable for any loss as a result of the customer losing their Steak Lovers Beef Buck$ Reward Card by way of misplacing the card or it being stolen or any other means.
4. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries reserves the right to make amendments to the reward program at any time. This includes suspending the program at any time.  Changes, if made to the program, will not affect loyalty rewards (Beef Buck$ /  Discount Vouchers) already redeemed but not claimed at the time of the amendment.
5. Signing up for and using the Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers Rewards Program indicates acceptance of the rules of the loyalty program.
6. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries reserves the right to adjust point balances when points are earned in error (operator error, computer error, or matters beyond our control).
7. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries’ Steak Lovers and Beef Bucks Program is only available to residents within the Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries delivery area, as posted online at goldcoasthomemeatdeliveries.com.au or for customers visiting our retail outlets.
8. The Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers / Beef Buck$ Reward Card is not a credit card.
9. Members of the Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers / Beef Buck$ Reward Program must keep Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries advised of any changes to their contact details or alternatively, maintain them personally via their online account.
10. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers Beef Buck$ accrue at the rate of 1 Beef Buck for each dollar spent online or in-store.
11. Once 500 Beef Buck$ have been accrued, a discount voucher of $20.00 may be redeemed for use on the next purchase. The next purchase that a voucher is used against must be of at least $50 value. 
12. Only 1 voucher may be used per day, per person, per transaction.
13. Discount vouchers may not be used with wholesale orders or purchases, or as payment for the purchase of gift vouchers.
14. Vouchers will be stored electronically and will be issued via email by way of giving a one-time, unique discount code that is redeemable off the next purchase. This code should be kept safe as once the code is redeemed it is void. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries is not responsible for discount codes redeemed without the holder’s knowledge.
15. Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries reserves the right to remove a person from the Steak Lovers Beef Buck$ reward program or refuse membership to the program at any time.
16. Members can remove themselves from the rewards program at any time by emailing info@gchmd.com.au with instructions.
17. Steak Lovers Beef Buck$ and associated discount vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
18. One Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers / Beef Buck$ Rewards Card will be issued per person and the first replacement card (if needed) is free. Any further replacement cards will incur a cost of $2 per card.
19. By signing up to Gold Coast Home Meat Deliveries Steak Lovers / Beef Buck$ Reward Program, you will automatically be opted into receiving emails from us from time to time.  We DO NOT spam our customers with marketing material but if you would like to not receive our emails, please let us know.
