Frequently Asked Questions

Our Home Delivery days are WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY of each week. Orders for home delivery must be placed by 4pm Tuesday for delivery Wednesday and Thursday (depending on your suburb).

Once orders close on Tuesday afternoon, we prepare our Truck Run Sheets and you will receive an email with your 3 hour window for delivery. If there are any issues with your window, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to get your order to you.

Of course! Our Carrara Markets shop is open every Saturday and Sunday from 7.30am - 2.30pm for pick up your pack orders.

We deliver up the coast from South Tweed to Ormeau.

Our home delivery days are Wednesday and Thursday of each week (depending on your suburb). During our peak periods we offer additional days and we post this on Facebook to our customers.

Delivery is free for orders $150 or more. Delivery charges for orders under this amount (see below). Delivery Charges are calculated based on the final amount payable for your order (after discounts and promotions).

We would much prefer you to receive product instead of attracting delivery charges so please call us to work out what is best for you.

Orders $150 and over: FREE DELIVERY

Orders $100 - $149.99: $10 Delivery

Orders $50 - $99.99: $20 Delivery  

Orders $1 - $49.99: $30 Delivery 

Our delivery drivers work for us, we do not outsource our deliveries. The drivers start early in the day prepping and packing your order onto your allocated truck.  

Our delivery windows range from 8.30am - 4.00pm depending on your area.

In rare circumstances, we can deliver outside these hours but an outside hours delivery fee will apply depending on your area. This is to cover the overtime payable to our driver.

If you cannot be home for your delivery, please make contact with us and we will do our best to work with you on alternate options.

We do not stock a gluten free range at present although we are getting more and more enquiries so that might change. Our burgers, sliders, rissoles, sausages and schnitzels will all contain a small amount of gluten in the seasonings and coatings. 

Our steaks and other cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork have nothing added and are free of any gluten.  

Red Meat in Cryovac will maintain its quality for 5-7 days in a temperature controlled fridge (ie) not opened and closed all day like our kids do at home 😊.  

We always suggest that If you are not going to use it within that time, you should pop it
in the freezer. Chicken and Pork should be popped in the freezer if you will not use it within 3-5 days. Always keep any meat you have in the coolest part of the fridge. 

All of our products are portioned fresh on the morning of your order and are fresh (not frozen) unless advised on the product description on the website.

For example, our Burgers, Lamb Loin Chops, Pork USA Ribs, Chicken Drumsticks all state they are delivered Frozen on the website where you added them to your cart online.

Everything else is fresh and is fine for you to freeze.

We source our meat from all over Australia and use a number of trusted and reliable producers to ensure consistancy.  Quality is the overiding decider on what we offer to our customers and we have enjoyed relationships with many of our suppliers for over 35 years.  This means that when purchasing whole (unportioned) products, you may receive a different brand to that pictured on line.  You will always, receive an equal or better quality product.
